My Weekend

This weekend was full of fun and excitement for me. On Saturday morning, I helped my mom clean the house. We swept the floor, dusted the furniture, and washed the windows. Although it was tiring, I felt happy because I could make our home more comfortable.

In the afternoon, I went to the park with my friends. We played basketball and had a picnic there. The weather was perfect—sunny but not too hot. After that, we decided to ride bikes around the lake. It was a great way to relax and enjoy nature.

On Sunday, I spent some time reading an interesting book about science. It made me curious about the world and inspired me to learn more. Later, I practiced writing English sentences. Writing in English is challenging but also enjoyable. I tried to use new words and phrases I learned from my textbook.

Overall, this weekend was both relaxing and educational. I learned how to balance work and leisure while improving my skills. I hope every weekend can be as wonderful as this one!
